We will offer a credit note or exchange any product that your are not satisfied with within 28 days of delivery.  Please note that we cannot offer cash refunds for goods that are not faulty.

Goods must be returned to us in a saleable condition and where appropriate unopened.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
